To start things off

We are moving on to our final project in my programming class which I should have probably seen if I could have skipped. Its a simple hangman game. The requirements for it are simple enough and I could probably complete the required in a single class period. I plan on making the game much more entertaining thent he base model that we were shown. I didn't have my pendrive so I couldn't start on it today. I'll get a lot done on wednesday when class starts up.

My projects outside of class have slowed down significantly. I've begun work on migrating to a new graphics engine. Thankfully I didn't get too deep in my previous engine so my time wasn't completely wasted. Using that engine has actually helped a bit with learning my new one. I'm thinking about forming an Indie game dev company, so that I don't have to go it alone. I'm not very good with 3d modelling anyways.

Current Progress in School:
Graphics/Game Engine: DarkBASICpro
No networking/physics
Sound: (in darkbasicpro)
IDE: DarkBASICPro
Language/Compiler: DarkBASICPro
Description: Hangman Game
Goals: Include all requirements and then expand gameplay
Progress: 1% completed

Current Progress Out of School:
Graphics Engine: Ogre3d (previously irrlicht)
Physics Engine: ODE (previously newton)
Networking Engine: No current plans
Sound Engine: Undetermined (looking at audiere)
3d Modeller: Blender3d
IDE: code::blocks
Compiler: mingw
Language: C++
Description: A simple game for me to learn how to use my graphics, physics and maybe even a sound engine.
Goals: To develop a game using only opensource software and API's
Progress: 1% completed

I'll try to update this daily
